{"id":29,"date":"2012-11-04T12:05:00","date_gmt":"2012-11-04T17:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.pierrecastonguay.com\/recettes\/boulettes-dagneau-grille\/"},"modified":"2015-02-02T13:14:25","modified_gmt":"2015-02-02T18:14:25","slug":"boulettes-dagneau-grille","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.pierrecastonguay.com\/recettes\/boulettes-dagneau-grille\/","title":{"rendered":"Boulettes d&rsquo;agneau grill\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une autre recette internationale pas traduite. \u00c7a s&rsquo;en vient&#8230; entretemps c&rsquo;est vraiment savoureux, m\u00eame en anglais.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 pound ground lamb<\/li>\n<li>2 heaping tablespoons dry bulgur, soaked in 1 cup water until soft (about 30 minutes), then drained<\/li>\n<li>2 garlic cloves, minced<\/li>\n<li>1 small onion, grated and drained<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon kosher salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon ground cumin<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon ground paprika (optional)<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons chopped parsley<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Mix together everything but the oil with your hands. Form the mixture into ovals about the size and thickness of small hamburger patties.<\/li>\n<li>Put the meat on skewers and brush it with the oil. Grill or broil the patties for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side.<\/li>\n<li>Serve with the dipping sauce (see above), if desired.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div style=\"text-align: right; font-size: small;
