C&rsquo;est pour aider Ga\u00e9tan \u00e0 parfaire sa recette.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n<h3>Pour la sauce<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>125 ml (1\/2 tasse) de bouillon de poulet<\/li>\n<li>60 ml (1\/4 de tasse) de ketchup<\/li>\n<li>60 ml (1\/4 de tasse) de miel<\/li>\n<li>30 ml (2 c. \u00e0 soupe) de vinaigre de riz<\/li>\n<li>30 ml (2 c. \u00e0 soupe) de sauce aux piments doux (de type Tha\u00ef Kitchen)<\/li>\n<li>15 ml (1 c. \u00e0 soupe) de sauce tamari<\/li>\n<li>10 ml (2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de gingembre hach\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>10 ml (2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) d&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>15 ml (1 c. \u00e0 soupe) de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pour le poulet<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>180 ml (3\/4 de tasse) de farine<\/li>\n<li>2,5 ml (1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te<\/li>\n<li>3 oeufs battus<\/li>\n<li>Sel et poivre au go\u00fbt<\/li>\n<li>60 ml (1\/4 de tasse) de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs<\/li>\n<li>3 petites poitrines de poulet, taill\u00e9es en cubes de 2 cm (\u00be de po)<\/li>\n<li>60 ml (1\/4 de tasse) d&rsquo;huile de canola ou d&rsquo;arachide<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Dans une casserole, m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la sauce, \u00e0 l&rsquo;exception de la f\u00e9cule. Chauffer \u00e0 feu moyen jusqu&rsquo;aux premiers fr\u00e9missements puis laisser mijoter de 4 \u00e0 5 minutes \u00e0 feu doux.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un petit bol, d\u00e9layer la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs dans un peu d&rsquo;eau froide. Incorporer \u00e0 la sauce et remuer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9paississement. Retirer du feu.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer au fouet la farine avec la poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te, les oeufs et l&rsquo;assaisonnement.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un sac herm\u00e9tique, verser la f\u00e9cule et ajouter les cubes de poulet. Remuer afin de bien enrober les cubes. Secouer les cubes pour enlever l&rsquo;exc\u00e9dent de f\u00e9cule, puis bien enrober de p\u00e2te.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une grande po\u00eale, chauffer l&rsquo;huile \u00e0 feu doux-moyen. Cuire les cubes de poulet de 7 \u00e0 10 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient bien dor\u00e9s. \u00c9goutter sur du papier absorbant.<\/li>\n<li>Transf\u00e9rer les cubes de poulet dans la casserole contenant la sauce.
