Pas deux recettes pareilles&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n<p>Pour 4 personnes :<br \/>\n&#8211; 200g d&rsquo;haricots verts<br \/>\n&#8211; 350g de cocos blancs et rouges frais<br \/>\n&#8211; 400g. de courgettes<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 poireau<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 tomate<br \/>\n&#8211; 200g de carottes<br \/>\n&#8211; 200g de pomme de terre<br \/>\n&#8211; 70g de coquillettes<br \/>\n&#8211; Pistou : 1 bouquet de basilic, 3 gousses d&rsquo;ail, 15 cl d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, parmesan<\/p>\n<p>Voir aussi : <a title=\"Pistou\" href=\"http:\/\/www.de-la-fourchette-aux-papilles-estomaquees.fr\/article-32026265.html\" target=\"_blank\">recettes de pesto et pistou<\/a><\/p>\n<h1>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h1>\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration : 25 mn. Cuisson : 1h.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Faire bouillir 2 litres d&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e et ajouter les l\u00e9gumes :<br \/>\n&#8211; les haricots blancs \u00e9coss\u00e9s.<br \/>\n&#8211; les haricots verts coup\u00e9s en petits morceaux.<br \/>\n&#8211; les carottes coup\u00e9es en d\u00e9s.<br \/>\n&#8211; les pommes de terre en d\u00e9s<br \/>\n&#8211; les courgettes en d\u00e9s.<br \/>\n&#8211; le poireau en d\u00e9s<br \/>\n&#8211; les tomates \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9es coup\u00e9es en d\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Couvrir et faire cuire \u00e0 feu doux pendant 1 heure.<\/li>\n<li>Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parer le pistou en pilant 1 bouquet de basilic frais avec 3 gousses d&rsquo;ail et 15 cl d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.<\/li>\n<li>Apr\u00e8s une heure de cuisson, ajouter les p\u00e2tes et laisser cuire 15 mn en remuant de temps en temps.<\/li>\n<li>Hors du feu, ajouter la pr\u00e9paration au pistou et remuer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Servir tr\u00e8s chaud avec du parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>En savoir plus<\/h2>\n<p>Commentaire\u00a0de Jacqueline Fran\u00e7ois, notre amie de Sainte-Maxime, dans la baie de Saint-Tropez, proven\u00e7ale avertie :<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Oui la recette d&rsquo;enfer est semblable \u00e0 la n\u00f4tre mais avec des p\u00e2tes cela ressemble plus au minestrone italien. On ne met pas les l\u00e9gumes dans l&rsquo;eau mais on ajoute l&rsquo;eau sur les l\u00e9gumes apr\u00e8s les avoir retourn\u00e9 dans la marmite avec un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive pour une meilleure saveur.
