Si vous utilisez des pommes, il sera moins fondant car les pommes sont plus fermes.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n<p>Pour 6 \u00e0 8 personnes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/4 tasse (45 g) de farine<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 de poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te (levure chimique)<\/li>\n<li>2 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tasse (50 g) de sucre<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 table (15 ml) d\u2019eau<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tasse (60 g ) de beurre fondu<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 (5 ml) d&rsquo;extrait pur de vanille<\/li>\n<li>5 poires (1kg soit 700 g net, une fois \u00e9pluch\u00e9es et par\u00e9es), \u00e9minc\u00e9es en fines tranches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 350 F (180 C).<\/li>\n<li>Beurrer un moule en pyrex, rond de 9 po (23 cm) et chemisez-le de papier parchemin.<\/li>\n<li>Beurrer de nouveau le papier parchemin.<\/li>\n<li>Tamiser ensemble la farine et la poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te.<\/li>\n<li>Battre les \u0153ufs et le sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter l&rsquo;eau puis la farine et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le beurre fondu et m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporer les lamelles de poires \u00e0 la p\u00e2te en m\u00e9langeant d\u00e9licatement pour ne pas casser les tranches et bien les enrober de p\u00e2te.<\/li>\n<li>Verser dans le moule pr\u00e9par\u00e9 et \u00e9galiser la surface avec une spatule.<\/li>\n<li>Enfourner pour 30 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;un couteau enfonc\u00e9 au centre en ressorte propre et que le dessus soit dor\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Laisser compl\u00e8tement refroidir avant de d\u00e9mouler et de couper en pointes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ass\u00e9n\u00e9e par Sophie Gagnon. \u00a0C&rsquo;est un g\u00e2teau passe-partout que vous pourrez d\u00e9cliner avec des abricots, des p\u00eaches.
