Ajouter le gingembre et l&rsquo;ail. Poursuivre la cuisson pendant 3 minutes. Ajouter le bouillon et les \u00e9pices. Saler et poivrer. Couvrir et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Laisser mijoter pendant 5 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen. Passer le bouillon au tamis. Rectifier l&rsquo;assaisonnement. R\u00e9server au chaud.<\/li>\n<li>Cuire les nouilles 3 minutes dans l&rsquo;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e. \u00c9goutter dans une passoire et rincer \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau froide. Bien \u00e9goutter.<\/li>\n<li>Dans 4 grands bols, r\u00e9partir les nouilles, le boeuf, les f\u00e8ves germ\u00e9es et les champignons.
