Faire cuire.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le b\u0153uf hach\u00e9 et la chair \u00e0 saucisse et faire brunir. Saler au go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le vin blanc puis le lait. Bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter la sauce tomate et le concentr\u00e9 de tomates. Bien remuer.<\/li>\n<li>Faire mijoter pendant 2 ou 3 heures \u00e0 feu doux.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Les conseils de Giulia<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Giulia fait congeler sa pancetta avant de la hacher elle-m\u00eame au robot culinaire.<\/li>\n<li>Le r\u00f4le du lait est crucial. \u00ab C\u2019est lui qui calme tout. \u00bb<\/li>\n<li>Giulia utilise du vin dans un t\u00e9tra-pak et du concentr\u00e9 de tomate en tube. Mais elle fait elle-m\u00eame sa sauce.<\/li>\n<li>La cl\u00e9 d\u2019un bon rag\u00f9, dit Giulia : \u00ab Passion et patience. \u00bb<\/li>\n<li>On remue de temps en temps, mais on laisse aussi la
