{"id":718,"date":"2018-01-11T23:24:11","date_gmt":"2018-01-12T04:24:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.pierrecastonguay.com\/recettes\/?p=718"},"modified":"2018-01-11T23:24:11","modified_gmt":"2018-01-12T04:24:11","slug":"biscuits-foie-pitous","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.pierrecastonguay.com\/recettes\/biscuits-foie-pitous\/","title":{"rendered":"Biscuits au foie pour pitous"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une recette approuv\u00e9e par Sherlock et Aragon, du groupe Facebook des Golden Retrievers du Qu\u00e9bec!<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 livres de foie de n\u2019importe quoi (le moins cher)<\/li>\n<li>4 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse de m\u00e9lasse<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse de germe de bl\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>5 tasses de farine de bl\u00e9 entier (quantit\u00e9 approximative)<\/li>\n<li>Poudre d\u2019ail (optionnel)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>M\u00e9langer le foie au robot culinaire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter les \u0153ufs et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter tous les autres ingr\u00e9dients.<\/li>\n<li>On ajoute la farine jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une p\u00e2te qui peut s\u2019\u00e9tendre.<\/li>\n<li>Graisser 2 l\u00e8chefrites et \u00e9tendre la p\u00e2te dessus.<\/li>\n<li>Cuire au four \u00e0 300F pour 30 minutes.\u00a0Pour \u00e9viter la senteur d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able lors de la cuisson, mettre un b\u00e2ton de cannelle dans le four\u2026 (Noter que la senteur n\u2019est pas pire pantoutte!)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Lorsque refroidi, couper en morceaux d\u2019une taille utile.<\/p>\n<p>Garder au frigo.\u00a0Une recette se conserve jusqu\u2019\u00e0 une semaine au frigo.
