Ajouter le porc et cuire doucement 25&nbsp;min sans couvrir. Ajouter les patates pass\u00e9es au presse-pur\u00e9e, la chapelure, le bouillon de poulet, les assaisonnements. Retirer du feu et lier avec l\u2019\u0153uf. Ajouter du bouillon de poulet jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une farce onctueuse.
